Durbin/E46.9 (miles from Elkins Station)

Durbin was the end of the line for the WM Durbin Subdivision out of Elkins 46.9 rail miles to the northwest. There was a small yard at Durbin that could hold 85 cars. Durbin was an interchange point with the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad's(C&O) Greenbrier Subdivision.

This photo is looking railroad westbound into Durbin on WM rails in 1948. The road that crosses in the photo is Highland St.
